

Perhaps the most disturbing part of the scene is that the two children are discussing the fact that they're growing up and changing, drawing far more attention to the nudity and erasing any childlike innocence that might have been there.


The modern version is much more raunchy and explicit.

There was plenty of implied and explicit scenes throughout that added to the intensity of the nudity.


That's much too young for 1972 and far, far too young for today's audiences.
