Cyril, the basic routing for all heaters is from the engine over to the inner fender and up to the heater tubes sticking out the firewall, and as Cletis says, the valve goes where the particular heater model dictates, ones that didn't include a valve sometimes had one added under the hood, or had a simple shut off in one of the heater hoses at the engine Bill.

If one is hot and the other warm, then that suggests your heater core is allowing coolant to circulate.

Have previously replaced both the blower motor and twice the resistor module.
