I just thought there must be something severely wrong with me, I had no idea there was a reason for my mental instability.

When we engage with others we inevitably stir our fears, insecurities, and discomforts.

It was clunky and plastic and totally slowing me down, so I ditched it, figuring my years of cooking experience would be enough to keep my hand intact.

This is a simple technique where you count to five while inhaling, hold for five counts, and take five counts to exhale.
